What is the going rate for a 5 year old's first tooth to come out? She seemed to think $2 or $100 would be appropriate.

Brad, thanks for your thoughtful comments on Wade's blog.
(BTW, the tooth fairy at our house gives 0.25 for the first, and it increases 0.25 for each tooth after that.)
